AHOD Juneteeth Freedom Fest 22'

Juneteenth is an official holiday in the United States commemorate the emancipation of enslaved African- Americans. Although its a federal holiday its not celebrated in many places, Maury County being one of the until recently. In 2020 AHOD founder initiated and wrote the proclamation for Juneteenth which was noted for being the first city in Tennessee to adopt Juneteeth as an official holiday. Juneteenth is a very special holiday for AHOD so this year we are having a big two day celebration June 18-19.
